UCC JCRCs ASSURES STUDENTS SAFETY OF THEIR BELONGINGS.

JCRCs of the University of Cape Cast has assured students that their personal belongings that were left behind are safe. This was a response to communiques that were released by the JCRCs of some halls of residence.
Also, they entreat all students who left any belongings behind to return for them. This was a step by the halls of residence to prepare for the fumigation and disinfecting exercise that was declared by the President of Ghana.
Following that, the JCRCs executives put plans in place for all to return for their belongings. In light of this, all members of the hall including final year students; who are to return back on 15th June for resumption of academic work were not spared. Also, all rooms in the hall; flats, flatlets and storerooms are to be packed out of any items to pave way for the exercise. This communiques was release by one of the halls on campus ( Kwame Nkrumah Hall JCRC)

Protocols were put in place to make this successful.
Moreover, affiliates and members of the hall received this news with raised brows as they questioned the directive. Indeed, the JCRCs did not vacillate to take into consideration their concerns and in a few hours resolved to make space for all personal belongings of students to be kept safe.


Therefore, it is worth knowing that the JCRC executives, hall wardens and, masters have withdrawn the directive issued earlier in the day.
In conclusion, they entreats all student to remain calm as the matter has been resolute.
