While some people criticised the current and previous governments for not finding permanent solutions to the issue of floods in Accra, others are of the view that citizens are to be blamed.
According to them, the indiscipline of some Ghanaians is the reason why Accra keeps experiencing floods.
They stated that governments do their best to construct drainages in flood-prone areas, only for the citizens in those areas fill the drainages with filth, which eventually causes the floods.
