Nigerian man commits suicide over false accusation – #JusticeForIZU
The hashtag #JusticeForIzu has been trending on social media for about 12 hours now. People are engaging in discussions about rap£. And how suspects are judged without been given the chance to share their side of the story.
However, according to reports on social media, Izu. A young Nigerian man committed suicide after he was falsely accused of rap£ by a lady.
Also, the reports indicate that Izu was listed among s3xual offenders and because he could not handle all the attacks that were coming at him, he committed suicide.
Moreover, the issue has generated varied opinions and comments on social media from Nigerians and Ghanaians. And, we have, however, put together some interesting reactions from Ghanaians and that address the issue of rap£ and how it is handled.
Again, feminists have been criticised for how they handle issues related to rap£ and women. The critics indicated that being a feminist doesn’t mean. You have to be against what men do. Also, they, however, called on feminists to carry out thorough investigations on rap£ cases before attacking the suspects.

Also, there are also calls to put an end to false rape accusations.
Many are in prison for crimes they never committed because of false accusations. Rape is a serious societal crime which must not be tolerated from both sexes. False accusations is totally wrong.
