SADA President Urged Parents To Let Their Wards Stay Glued To Their Books

LET YOUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS S3X WITH THEIR BOOKS WHILE THEY’RE AT HOME

Ever since Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwaa Akuffo Addo ordered the indefinite closure of Schools,it has affected the children’s education drastically.

Due to this,The President of Sons and Daughters Association Ghana( SADA), Omanhene Nana Kofi Amankwaa has spoken. He urged all parents to force their sons and daughters to take their studies seriously while they are at home. He also advised the students to observe the COVID 19 protocols to avoid the spread.

According to Omanhene, they will always be found on streets doing unnecessary things. They think they are on holiday. Even in the community,you see children roaming about like they don’t know they are supposed to stay at home and learn.

Omanhene added that, Ministry of Education on April 3 launched TV learning for senior High School students. GBC has also begins airing TV lesson for primary and junior high school students. It seems some parents are not helping to monitor their children whether they have participated or not. This is the time parents should monitor and let their wards to study their books or participate in online education.

Finally,he urged all media firms in Ghana to assist blowing trumpet to this problem on their shows in order to awake parents.
