Atletico Madrid valued the Ghanaian player at €50 million. But reports indicate that Arsenal are not ready to pay the whole release clause.
Partey is considered as Arsenal’s main summer transfer target, as they believe he could help improve their squad.
According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal are still offering €25 million plus one of their players for Partey.
Atletico, however, have indicated that they are not going to sell Partey for less than €50 million.
Therefore, no agreement has been made by both clubs on the 27-year-old yet.

Thomas Partey socred 3 goals in 35 appearances for Atletico Madrid in the 2019/20 La Liga season.
He joined Atletico Madrid back in 2015, and was instrumental as the Madrid side won the UEFA Europa League back in 2018.
