Atl & Casford Alumni Storm Campus, Call For Unity Ahead Of The Big Announcement
The UCC brethren movement, an alumni association of the University of Cape Coast, made up of 2000 graduating year group of UCC, paid a visit to the University of Cape Coast and engaged the students on Friday, 23rd July, 2021.
Notable among them is the current MP for Cape Coast North, Hon. Dr. Kwamena Mintah Nyarku, popularly known as Ragga and other high ranking members of the country.
The group, after the Friday engagement with the students, toured various halls on campus, including Casely Hayford hall and Atlantic Hall.
During the tour, the message to the students was about unity of the students front, where students from Atlantic hall and Casely Hayford were advised to eschew violent clashes in the university.
This came as an ad-on to the Unity agenda Atlantic hall and Casely Hayford hall wish to promote in this year’s election by means of pairing an Atlantic hall and Casely Hayford affiliate for the position of the SRC Presidency.
