AOWIN MP DONATES HEALTH CARE DELIVERY EQUIPMENT TO HIS CONSTITUENCY
As part of his zeal to improve the health care needs of his constituents, the Hon. Member of Parliament for Aowin, Oscar Ofori Larbi, in partnership with an NGO in the USA, YONKOFA, took delivery of a 40-footer container stuffed with assorted medical supplies.
This is the second in the series of a spirited effort by the Honourable to reach out to underserved communities in his constituency which are far remote from the Municipal capital of Enchi to access basic health care.
This second container is earmarked for the people of CAMP 4. The containers are insulated, fit for purpose, designed and refurbished to suit local health needs. They are solar panelled to run refrigerators to keep medical essentials at desirable temperatures.
Items stuffed include wheel chairs, rollators, disposable barrier gowns, amoxicillin oral suspension, folding walkers, protective underwears, bandages, assorted swabs, gloves, obstetrical and surgical supplies etc
The items will be distributed to various health posts in the constituency.
