The National Council of Private School Teachers has formed a Monitoring Team led by Ackon James, the Executive Director of the association to workout to cease the registration of Private School students for BECE by the Heads of Public schools.
Work has started and few public schools have been visited. Indeed private students were seen in the classrooms of the public schools. The public school Heads will be brought to book very soon
We advise that all private schools to create FREE account on our *Private School Portal* using ptp.ncopst.org to help give us information on the portal regarding:
1. students who leave your school to government or to private school when they owe fees,
2. Students who are registered for BECE by government or different school
3. Teachers who resign unlawfully
4. Etc
Few public school heads who registered BECE for private students were recorded when we visited them.
